- High Quality: The polyurethane waterproof sealants/coatings are water-based. The roof sealant provides excellent waterproofing, is long-lasting, and resists both low temperatures and heat. Using the leak repair waterproof coatings forms a durable protective film, helping to save time, money, and energy.
- Coverage: Each 1000g/32 oz of polyurethane sealant covers about 14 sq ft (1.3 sq m). Apply in 3-5 thin layers. This waterproof coating easily adheres to surfaces, repairing holes, cracks, crevices, tears, and leaks, while sealing any cracked areas. The roof sealant also creates a protective waterproof layer in the treated area.
- Waterproof Agent Tip:Prolonged rainy and humid conditions, along with cooler temperatures, can extend the curing time for the waterproof adhesive. For best results, select clear, dry weather and maintain a dry environment before and after application. Ideal operating temperature: 10˚C/50˚F or higher (including overnight).
