- 【Tips】: Mounts onto crankshaft using bolt and washer on the end of the crankshaft. Before installation, you need to drop a circle of lubricant above the snap ring and wait for it to penetrate, you can rotate it without any obstruction (please refer to the picture for the exact position).
- 【Pre-use test】 When the clutch is just installed and started to run, it needs 3-5 times to break in. The method is as follows, first, no load running to the clutch first engagement, keep it for 10 seconds and then turn off the engine to cool down; second, load gradual 3 times from 0 to full speed, each interval of 2 minutes to cool down. If there is no problem after these two steps, you can avoid the problem that insufficient speed will cause the clutch internal dumping block and clutch shoe, and insufficient contact area will lead to slipping and friction smoke.
