- MEASUREMENTS: 3.5-inch Hinge Shim dimensions: 28.75mm x 87.75mm (1.13"W x 3.45"H); 4-inch shim dimensions: 39.7mm x 102mm (1.56"W x 4"H); 4.5-inch shim dimensions: 4.47"H, 1.68"W. The 5/8" corner radius on 3.5"/4" shims will also work with smaller radius or square hinges. 4.5" shims do not have a corner radius. (Note: longer screws are NOT included, verify how long your existing screws are before installation.)

Details: Homes settle, things get out of whack. Is your door not latching properly, or is it starting to rub and sag at one corner? These custom 3D-printed shims may be the simple, DIY fix you need. Our shims are available to fit standard US door hinge sizes: 3.5-inch (commonly used for interior doors), 4-inch (common for exterior doors), and the larger 4.5-inch size, with various thicknesses available to achieve the perfect adjustment. The shims are designed with a 5/8" radius that works with most curved, smaller radius, and square-cornered hinges (Note: The 4.5 inch shims have square corners to fit the hinge.) Thickness is conveniently embossed into each shim for easy identification. All shims are made using tough, durable PETG plastic and sold in sets of three stackable shims in a single thickness, or as a combination (1mm, 2mm, and 3mm thick.)
