Details: CSI Ceram-XX: High-Efficiency Production Polish In high-volume auto body repair, time is critical. Ceram-XX was formulated for MSOs, franchised collision centers, and production facilities that need a fast path from final color sanding to a defect-free, deliverable finish. Ceram-XX builds on the waterborne Single Product Polish (SPP) technology developed in Ceram-X and increases the concentration of CSI’s Controlled Abrasive Technology (CAT). This formulation allows technicians to move efficiently from defect removal to final finishing using one polishing product. Engineered for Technician Efficiency Aggressive Cut, Fast Finish Ceram-XX quickly removes heavy defects, sanding marks, and dirt nibs in fresh paint while refining the surface to a high-gloss, deliverable finish. Simple Workflow Technicians can achieve professional results using one polish and two pads (cutting and finishing). This simplified process helps reduce training time, product confusion, and overall labor costs. Waterborne Cleanup Ceram-XX is formulated with cleaning agents that allow residue to be easily cleaned with water, reducing time spent removing dried compound from panels, seams, and trim.
