Details: Concentrated liquid may be diluted with up to 3 parts water (recommended for most common applications) prior to use. White liquid dries clear for binding of many materials including sand, gravel, mulch, stone and more. Additional coats may be applied after 48 hours. Materials to be treated must be dry with no rain in the forecast for 72 hours after application.
