Can be enjoyed as a daily tonic. It pairs great with sparkling water or in a martini with a dash of lemon juice! *Gently stir before serving Shelf Life: An unopened jar of Kvass is shelf stable and can be kept in your pantry for up to a year. Once opened, keep it refrigerated and consume within one year of opening. Ingredients: organic golden beets, organic carrots, organic turmeric, organic ginger, water, unrefined sea salt We're a very small, family owned sauerkraut company that sources 99% of the ingredients within 10 miles of the kitchen. We buy from certified organic farmers who support biodynamic farming practices. Our kvass are made in micro-batches and are fermented in glass vessels to prevent any plastic exposure. We fermented for a minimum of 6 weeks to ensure maximum probiotic benefits. Our facility is gluten and dairy free!
