Details: Victor 28 lb Snake-A-Way Snake Repelling Granules effectively act as a snake deterrent, designed to keep snakes away from house areas and other places they are not desired. This "snake be gone" product repels garter snakes, rattlesnakes, and other species. The "snake b gone" repellent is applied around the perimeter of large-scale areas requiring protection. Snake-A-Way works by targeting the snake's Jacobson’s organ, which is an auxiliary olfactory sense organ, disrupting its sensory reception. This results in disorientation, encouraging the snake to slither away unharmed. For optimal results, while wearing gloves, apply the granules in bands around the perimeter where protection is needed. Use bands 4-5" wide to repel garter snakes, and 8-12" wide for rattlesnakes. For yard application, sprinkle the product evenly within the defined area. When the odor becomes faint, simply reapply. This product contains sulfur (28%) and naphthalene (7%) as its active ingredients.
