Details: Swedish Potato Seasoning produces an excellent old world flavor. Great for breakfast sausage. Use bulk style (patties) or stuff into 33-36MM hog casings. Seasons 25 lbs. of meat. No M.S.G. Ingredients: Salt, Spices, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Dextrose & less than 2% Tricalcium Phosphate as an anti caking agent. Coarse grind 7.5 lbs. raw peeled potatoes through 3/8" grinder plate once. Combine gr. potatoes (or 2 lbs dehydrated potatoes), 25 lbs ground meat (85% lean to 15% fat), 6 cups cold water & Seasoning in tub; mix well. Stuff into 33-36 mm hog casings; twist into 6" links or form into patties. Bake, broil, fry or grill in usual manner. Store remainder in freezer, use within 3 months.
