At Psalmonica, we’re dedicated to providing you with a fast, reliable, and worry-free shopping experience. We understand that timely delivery is important, and we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Note: Processing time does not include delivery time. Delivery duration depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Shipping Origins

Depending on the product, your order may be fulfilled from different warehouses located across the U.S. or internationally. This ensures that Psalmonica can offer you high-quality products at the best prices while maintaining efficient delivery times.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear once the carrier scans your package.


Order Modifications or Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@psalmonica.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows the package was delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check your mailbox, porch, or any area where the carrier might have left the package.
  2. Confirm with neighbors or building management.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly for details.

If you still can’t locate the package after these steps, please email us at support@psalmonica.com. We’ll do our best to assist you.

Psalmonica is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, customs clearance, or holidays).


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue at support@psalmonica.com. We’ll review your case and work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.


PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Please note that some items may not be eligible for delivery to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions. We recommend using a physical street address whenever possible for faster and more reliable delivery.
