Return & Refund Policy
At Psalmonica, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a tracking number showing that the item has been returned to us.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Items returned as a result of our error (for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item) will receive a full refund.
Refund Processing Time
You should expect to receive your refund within approximately four weeks after giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, refunds are issued sooner. This timeframe includes:
- 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the carrier.
- 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return once received.
- 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund request.
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
How to Return an Item
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return your item.

Shipping Cost
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item). In all other cases, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
Claims
Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase and inspect your package promptly upon receipt. If you have any issues with your product, contact our Support Center for assistance and return shipping arrangements.
Circumstances Where We Offer Return & Refund
Wrong Product
If you discover your order is incorrect or flawed, please contact us at support@psalmonica.com with photos of the wrong product. We will provide a return shipping label, and once tracking is confirmed, we will immediately ship the correct replacement product.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
- Custom or personalized products.
- Personal care goods such as beauty or hygiene items.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please contact us if you have questions about the eligibility of a specific item. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
