Details: Take the guesswork out of cooking meat with this digital thermometer whose sturdy, oven-safe probe allows you to accurately monitor the temperature of your meat as it cooks. Simple to use, the control unit has an easy-to-read LCD display with an intuitive control panel which includes a selection of pre-set options for cooking times and temperatures for different types of meat. Just select from one of the pre-set options, insert the probe, close the oven door and the unit will tell you the temperature of your meat as it cooks then beep to alert you once your joint is ready. The flip-up control unit is magnetic or self-standing, can be switched off when not in use and there is even a blank pre-set for you to load with your own cooking preference. Batteries incl. Measures in ˚C and ˚F. Heat-resistant up to 200˚C.
