Details: Plastic Oddities POF100, 3" x 4" Offset Toilet Flange is designed to allow at least a 2" margin of error in roughing in a toilet. Helps you place the toilet where it should be in relationship to the wall and/or cabinets. Solvent welds over 3 or inside 4 Schedule 40 DWV PVC pipe. Opening for drainage of wastes is as much as straight or conventional flanges. Helps correct rough in drain pipe placement by allowing 2 inches of adjustment if toilet is: A).
