Details: Product Description MasterClass's macaron baking tray makes it easy to create colourful French macarons at home. Its 24 hole design means you can bake up to a dozen macarons at time - with 12 tops and 12 bottoms, ready to be sandwiched together with buttercream, jam or ganache. This macaron baking mat features a robust 1 mm-thick carbon steel construction, which offers long-lasting performance. Its sandblasted surface allows for greater adhesion of its double Quantum II non stick. This PFOA, PTFE and BPA free non stick coating releases your delicate little meringue shells easily and makes clean-ups simple. You don't just have to use it to make macarons, however. It's ideal as a whoopie pie tin, to create delicious American buttercream-filled treats.
