- Some tips for attention: Avoid microwaving for more than 20 seconds. If it’s not hot enough, put the other side into the microwave and heat for 10 seconds(under 700w microwave ). If your microwave power is more than 700w, the wrist ice pack needs to be heated for 10s and put the other side into the microwave and heat for 5 seconds
