Details: OEM Replacement Flapper for Lowe's AquaSource Toilets packed in a plastic bag instead of a standard clamshell. Cost savings on the packaging are passed on to the customer. No tools required for installation. Simply turn off the water supply, flush the toilet, unhook the old flapper and chain, hook on the new flapper and chain, and turn the water supply back on.
