To make up to 12 4" pancakes, or seven 4" waffles, combine 2 cups of dry mix and 1 cup of water. Cook pancakes for 1 1/2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. For waffles, cook the desired amount in the waffle iron until steaming stops and waffles are golden brown.
