• The Grease Slide is a device that can be modified to drain grease from a Blackstone grill with sides. It simply slides over the end of the grease chute and mounts, changing the drip angle to minimize grease splatter and reduce the chance of grease and water running down the legs of the pan.
• Constructed of stainless steel, the Grease Slide Griddle Mod is flexible enough to mount to the grease trough and allows you to customize the flow at the end of the slide. Simply use your hand or pliers to bend the slide around the end of the grease trough.
• INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: 36" Frying Pan: 1. Bend the slide open; 2. Slide it over the weld underneath the grease trough; 3. Pinch it closed. 28″ Frying Pan: Bend the slider open; 2. Hook it over the front end of the grease groove and slide it back; 3. Once it passes over the weld point below the lip of the grease groove, give the grease slide a squeeze to tighten it.
