POL Fitting for tank connection is reverse thread and swivels. 1/4" Inverted male flare fitting is fixed and does not swivel. Typically used to connect 2 - 100# tanks to a changeover regulator. Automatic Changeover Regulators use two pigtails. If your regulator only uses 1 pigtail this is not the right pigtail.
