And these no-mix, prep-to-order, one-spoon, one-pan potatoes are ready in minutes, so they save you time and labor. Try these vegetable mix-ins: Corn and red bell pepper blend, diced carrots, shredded kale, zucchini and onion blend, cabbage, fennel, green onions, leeks, mushrooms, acorn squash, pumpkin, roasted garlic, turnips, or sweet onions.
