Details: Replacement steering rack bushings for your vehicle restore original road feel and handling. Oil, power steering and other fluids cause steering rack bushing wear and deterioration, which in turn causes excessive play in your steering system. Steering rack bushings are the only item that mounts your power steering rack (sometimes referred to as your rack and pinion) to your chassis. Any forward or lateral movement of this steering rack - even the most minute - can cause noticeable changes in toe and other alignment settings.
