- WARM TIPS: The marker pens need to be activated (to prevent ink leakage during shipping), PLEASE follow these 2 steps: 1. Shake - Make sure the cap is closed and then shake the markers up and down for more than 30 seconds. 2. Pump - Place the marker tip onto a soft paper towel or napkin. And press the tip and release it repeatedly until the tip is filled with ink. In addition, kindly store the markers with the cap side up
