Details: Enjoy the beauty of Boston Fern, which features solid, green foliage and is fantastic for large spaces. Grow Boston Fern in bright, indirect sunlight. Water it about once a week with approximately 2-3 cups. Ensure excess water drains. Adjust as needed for your environment. Never let Boston Fern sit in water or saturated soil. When delivered, it’s about 16-inches tall, measured from the bottom of the pot to the top of the plant. Boston Fern arrives in a black, 10-inch grower pot. To help with water drainage, this container does have holes. Boston Fern is generally a slow grower, depending on environment and care provided. Boost growth in spring and summer with a fertilizer labeled for potted plants following the product’s instructions. When Boston Fern outgrows its current container, repot by gently removing it from its container and placing it in a 2-inch wider container. Fill with potting mix and water thoroughly. Hardy outdoors in USDA Zones 9-10. Exposure to the sap of this plant may cause discomfort to individuals with a sensitivity to it upon contact.
