This rubber generally fails long before the bearing itself has reached the end of its life. Since the center bearing is molded to the OEM carrier and difficult to service, it’s often easier to get a new driveshaft than replace the center support bearing. The Solution: This upgraded kit keeps the driveshaft firmly in place at all times, and its robust construction ensures it will never wear out. The thick bushings ensure the driveshaft cannot move from center, maintaining driveshaft alignment at all times. The 2-piece design clamps around the bearing, making installation and servicing a breeze. Installation: Installation doesn’t require removal of the driveshaft.
