Shake well, then use a cheesecloth to strain off 100 ml of liquid for one serving, leaving herbs to continue soaking. 4. Take one serving once daily before bed, up to 2 weeks. 5. Keep refrigerated until liquid is done. Reuse herbs once, by refilling with boiling water to make another batch.
