HOW TO TAKE VITAMIN B COMPLEX:
Shake the bottle well before use. Take 1.5 ml (1½ dropper) daily. Place the liquid under your tongue for at least 30 seconds for sublingual absorption. After the recommended time, swallow the remaining liquid. Alternatively, Drops can be added to water or juice.
